Boy this getting back on the horse is a lot tougher than I thought. I know I had a massive surgery, but after 2 1/2 weeks I went into work today for 2 hours. That honestly took soooooooo much out of me. By the time I got home I took a 3 1/2 hour nap.
I know healing from this is going to take a very long time, but wish that I would feel up to making a card or two. Or a page or something, but I don't even feel that I can sit at my desk for more than a minute. So right now I am not even going out that. It is very sad, I really do miss it.
I am also taking online classes right now to get my insurance license, but I have to do them when I am not all messed up on pain meds.
Ok, just thought I would say hello to everyone and let you know that I have been reading up on everyone's blogs. Wonderful work, loving all the colors and beautiful layouts.

Flowers
Here are some flowers that my husband had gotten me when I was in the hospital. He knows just want I like.

Dusting off
Ok so I have not been able to work on anything now for 2 weeks. I am really feeling the need to get back to my craft desk. It is crying for me to do something. I am starting to feel able to work on things and might try to do something this weekend.
Since surgery, every day is a new day and I feel a little better every day. Doctor says 9-12 months before I gain the feeling back in my arm completely, but I am able to function. NO LIFTING of ANYTHING with my left arm, but I should be able to sit at my desk for a little bit at a time.
I will post as soon as I am able to complete something. Hope all is well with everyone.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY
Good morning all. I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Mother's Day.
Enjoy your day, doing what it is that you like. Hope everyone gets to create to their little hearts content.
On a side note this will be my last post for some time. I have surgery tomorrow at 7:30 am. Until I post again keep up with all the lovely work, can't wait to come back and see what everyone has done. Hopefully while I am down, I can think of many things to do.
May God bless you all.

Mother's Day Gift
Hello everyone - since I know my mother is not going to be on the computer any time soon, I figured I would show you what I made her for Mother's Day. I just finished them up and I still have to do her card.
This is all of them together. I have taken the 4 1/2 in. clips and turned them upsidedown, put the kids first inital on and added a old photo of them. This will allow my mom to put in a new photo whenever she wishes.

She is blessed to have the six best grandchild in the world. Hope she loves them.
That is it for now. I have been working on this for a couple of days. Now I have to do her card and we will be set.
Have a wonderful evening and until tomorrow...........
